Customers demand that their changes in requirements are met in any circumstance. In order to fulfill this requirements there is common understanding that there is a need to share knowledge throughout the company. Still 95% of the employees indicate that knowledge sharing in their Supply Chain should and must be improved. They face the following hurdles for sharing information:
- time constraint,
- lack of awareness and commitment,
- no clear incentives,
- having a silo culture with wall barriers,
- no understanding of the way to efficiently reach results with sharing knowledge.
